About the Role 

The Equipment Services (EQS) team is a dynamic environment that is responsible for the warehousing, set up, delivery and service of Coca Cola’s equipment for our valued customers. This includes but is not limited to, Warehouse and Workshop Operations, Installation of equipment and servicing and auditing equipment in field.

Customer Service • All customer related work is handled in a professional manner. • Create a positive customer service experience. • Ensure “Customer Appointments, where applicable, are met

Service Quality • Equipment data is recorded accurately. Including taste, temperature, ratios. Equipment is brough back into spec by the completion of each call. • Ensure the highest quality product is being served from Outlet equipment

Service Efficiency • Conducts equipment testing efficiently. • Maximises the importance of Beverage Quality to customers. • Using only the appropriate and necessary testing equipment provided parts to repair equipment. • Accurate management of service vehicle inventory

Adherence to Process, Policies, and use of IT Tools • Follow standard scheduled QA Calendar • Accurate and complete data entry into mobile applications

About you

Career Experience We are seeking a team member for a Quality Assurance / Auditor role who is – • Confident in communication with all levels of stakeholders • Excellent time management and organizational capabilities • Sound understanding of data entry and reporting.

Skills - Quality assurance training will be provided with ongoing support. - No heavy lifting involved. - We provide all the tools and equipment required for the role.

Must Haves: • You’re a people’s person who enjoys interacting with our customers. • Positive attitude and willing to try something different • Manage and plan your own workday including flexibility in your daily start and finish times • The ability to work autonomously, additionally you will be supported by your manager and team members, as part of our national quality team
