The Role - Customer Service and Support Coordinator


Reporting to the Head of Customer Service and Support, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience for our existing clients.

Maximising client opportunities by building authentic and long term relationships.


You will be an asset to the team and work exceptionally well with the broader business, can express, and demonstrate a passion for sales and exceptional customer service.

You will be expected to continually build knowledge of Cargo Crew's product range & client service model to provide the best experience possible.


Who are you?

  • Interest and experience in account management, sales or client service ideally in a B2B and B2C environment.
  • Demonstrate an interest in or previous exposure to the uniform, fashion industry or the like.
  • Possess:
- ability and eagerness to sell
- credibility
- strong communication skills (written & oral)
- have an eye for detail
- strong organizational skills

  • Personal values which truly reflect those of Cargo Crew.
  • An eye and passion for quality, style, design and customer service.
  • Able to take initiative. You get things done.
