About the Role:
- Partner with clients across Melbourne to understand their specific IT recruitment needs.
- Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to identify high-caliber candidates.
- Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to the offer stage.
- Negotiate salaries and packages for successful candidates.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.
- Contribute to the growth and success of the Milestone IT team.
What you'll bring:
