The
Gallagher Graduate Program is designed around building your career, providing support, training and learning in a 12 month rotational program to build essential business skills

The program covers:

  • Full employee onboarding and systems training
  • On the job learning and support from Team Leaders/Senior Managers to develop business and client knowledge
  • Support in attaining additional qualifications essential to providing general Insurance advice
  • Ongoing peer support with a buddy and mentor in the business
  • Businesswide rotational program to understand and learn more about different teams within Gallagher
  • Building relationships internally and externally by attending industry networking and client events

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and keen interest in developing sales acumen
  • Flexible and ambitious nature with a desire to learn and develop
