Duties of role

  • Assisting the manager in building the brand and achieving all KPI's
  • Maintain excellent standards of customer service
  • Build and develop customer loyalty
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up issues to resolution
  • Merchandising and general store operations

Skills and experience required

  • Proven experience in retail
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong sales ability
  • Experience in achieving sales targets
  • Energetic and positive team member.
