We are looking for an experienced sales and service professional to join our outstanding NSW team. This role is ideal for a seasoned broker or banker seeking a new challenge.

Our sales team is crucial to Connective's success, with our Partnership team continuously growing. Therefore, we have a great opportunity for you to join us as a Partnership Manager.

Your Role:

The Partnership Manager for Sydney CBD and inner metro acts as the primary link between brokers, lenders, and Connective. You will ensure that all brokers have the necessary tools, training, and support to expand their business through Connective.

  • Onboard new brokers to Connective, emphasizing our award-winning software, Mercury Nexus
  • Provide on-site support and facilitate a seamless onboarding process
  • Forge strong relationships with brokers based on a deep understanding of their business
  • Identify opportunities for broker success through our product and service offerings
  • Organize and participate in events as needed
  • Encourage broker participation in Connective events
  • Enhance positive engagement and broker retention levels
Desired Skills and Qualities:

As a skilled communicator and customer support expert, you excel in surpassing customer expectations and providing business growth solutions. You have a passion for sales, especially in a consultative and collaborative manner, possessing the interpersonal and influencing skills required.

  • Proven track record in building relationships and achieving sales outcomes
  • 3-5 years of experience in mortgage broking, third-party banking, or finance
  • Proficiency in CRM usage
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative team-player approach
  • Strong influencing and problems solving abilities
  • Capability to travel to broker meetings and events within the designated portfolio
