Our Cloud Infrastructure Services & Modern Work (CIS &MW) practice brings together the right technology, processes and culture to deliver business agility and cost reduction to our clients.

We provide cloud focused client advisory and delivery services on areas such as hybrid cloud, workplace services, security, service desk and cloud service management/delivery.


Capgemini has proven experience in building cloud strategies that have enabled our clients to adopt a cloud-first approach to achieving their business objectives.

Our Cloud Infrastructure Services enable enterprises to overcome the barriers to cloud adoption and manage the real business risks.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Understand the contractual security obligations and security requirements including regulatory requirements of the client
  • Ensure that the Capgemini Group and region level policies are understood and implemented at account level
  • Maintenance of the account level security documentation (Data protection plan, Information security plan etc)
  • Manage and maintain Security incident management process
  • Conduct periodic Security awareness sessions
  • Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) supporting the account for any internal and external audits
  • Report to account management and region CISO on any gaps related to security and compliance on the account
  • Security Risk management
  • Ensure that the identified KPIs are reported on periodic basis to the account team as well as to client; if required
  • Support EMs on the eMMX assessments, implementing the action plan
  • Conduct Internal assessments/ Internal Audits

Capability and Experience:

  • Good Understanding of Information Security
  • Expertise in Security Global Standards implementation and consulting such as APRA CPS 234 compliance, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOX, HIPAA, GLBA, COBIT etc
  • APRA CPS 234 compliance Implementation experience
  • Audit performed based on ISO 27002, APRA CPS 234 compliance
  • Should have performed Internal / External Audit Assessments and Execution
  • Should have performed Risk Assessment
  • Good Knowledge on ITIL processes
  • Should be involved in Security Awareness Campaign
  • Should able to define process, procedure and policies
  • Should be able to provide Strategic & Tactical direction to meet the regulatory and Compliance requirements and objectives
  • Facilitate External Audits
  • Participate and able to lead Security Committee meetings
  • Should able to perform periodic review of Security posture and propose effective improvement plan
  • Participate in Change Control Board and infrastructure design processes to review and approve / disapprove any System Changes to the Equipment and Software that potentially have information security ramifications.
  • Schedule and coordinate the implementation of securityrelated changes to the Equipment, Software and related Services in accordance with the Security Policy and Change Management Policy.
  • Identify rogue, unpatched, unauthorized and unprotected systems and remediate in accordance with the Security Policy.
  • Ability to conduct Information Security Audits alone as well as a team member.
  • Ability to prepare audit reports

  • Exposure to Log Management solution
  • Knowledge of Networking / TCPIP
