We are currently recruiting a Safety Administrator to work on an Infrastructure Project in Perth.
Job Description

  • About the opportunity:
  • Due to continued growth across the region and with a robust pipeline of work we are now looking for a Safety Administrator to support our Western Australian team.
  • Reporting into the Health & Safety Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Heath and Safety Team and project staff in accordance with ACCIONA and Project Policies and Procedures.
  • Key responsibilities for the position:
  • Assist in the maintenance of databases including clients, projects, consultants, subcontractors, past promotions and milestones etc.
Promote a positive safety and environmental culture Record, check and track all incoming and outgoing purchases, deliveries, mail and documents Assist with the reconciliation of expense forms as required - complete forms, scan receipts, gather necessary signaturesRequired Skills and Competencies

  • Capability & Experience you will need to have:
  • Preferable 2 years' related experience-
  • 1 year of Health and Safety related experienceStrong administrative and time management skills-
  • Good at multi-tasking and demonstrates sound judgments, including balancing competing issuesWhat we offer
