About the Role

We have a number of vacancies available in Melbourne, Victoria for Disability Support Workers across both Residential Services & Community Services to join our friendly and committed team.


We offer a range of employment options including direct support, assisting our customers in engaging in activities of their choosing in shared accommodation services, in the community or their own homes.

We support individuals to pursue their interests, develop new skills, achieve their lifestyle goals and be valued as equal citizens in the community.


Your role may involve providing assistance with all aspects of daily living including meals, personal care, hoisting and manual handling, assistance with everyday household tasks and meaningful engagement within their home and community environments.


About You


If you are passionate about supporting customers to manage their own lifestyles and live the life they choose and ideally you have experience with supporting individuals to meet their goals, we would like to hear from you.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Clear and effective communications skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record management
  • Initiative and selfmotivation
  • A positive and professional approach
  • Flexibility and availability is essential in this role, with the ability to work a variety of shifts; morning, day, afternoon, evening and weekends
  • Must also be available to work either sleepover shifts, active nights or a combination of both.
  • Relevant qualifications are highly desirable, however, someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn will be considered.
  • Experience dealing with behaviours of concern participants

  • Current Certificate for First Aid (HLTAID003) & Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID001)

  • A copy of your Working with Children Check (WWCC) (Employer)
  • Ability to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance prior to your commencement.
