Who are we looking for?


We are looking for 2 people who are gym sales specialists, you must be a bright and bubbly personality with a strong sales background and a passion for the fitness industry.

Minimum 2 years sales experience. You must love people and enjoy making peoples' day. You must be able to be flexible with your availability.

Shifts range from 1pm to 7pm on Weekends, plus other weekday shifts, up until midnight, and be willing to help cover other shifts that come up, due to sickness or other staff unavailability.

Must be available for 2 weeks of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday for training.

What is the focus of the Membership Sales Consultant/Reception?


As a Sales Consultant/Receptionist your primary responsibility will be to sell memberships and meet all KPI's, as well as working on improving retention rates of our existing members.

You will be an amazing people person who is passionate about fitness and building relationships with our members and prospects.

In your role you will always be well-presented and ready to help to our members. You will be responsible for general reception duties and some cleaning duties also. As well has making sure all members are abiding by all rules while within the gym.


You will be rewarded, on top of your wage, with a Gym membership and commission on the sales you make once KPI's are met per month.

You will report directly to the Club Manager.

Main Role Responsibilities of the
Membership Sales Consultant/Receptionist:

  • Membership sales and promotion of Gym programs
  • Meeting set KPI's
  • Retention of current members
  • Promotion of the gym
  • Greeting all members with a smile and making them feel welcome
  • Ensuring all procedures are followed
  • General Reception duties
  • Some general cleaning duties

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2 years Sales experience
  • Customer Service/Reception experience
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service values
  • High selfmotivation and drive
  • Be able to work alone as well as in a team environment


To be successful, you will have strong sales background and strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, as well as strong customer service skills and personal presentation.

You must have a natural sales ability.
