We are seeking an all-rounder to join our Business Support team who will offer support into the PMO and support contract and engagement management functions of our business

This role will also require direct contact with our clients to support the business development team.


Full Time or Part Time (4 days PW) - the team works on a hybrid basis with a roster of days in office.

Some of the responsibilities include but not limited too:

  • Dashboard Reporting
  • Deltek Maintenance and reporting
  • Managing Budgets
  • Office and Travel Support
  • Manage consultant extensions and engagement with clients
  • Event Management Support & Coordination

About You

  • Passionate about internal and external stakeholders and willingness to go the extra mile
  • The ability to prioritise multiple tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem solving and ability to think on your feet
  • Proficient in MS Windows, Word & Outlook
