This role is based in our Bondi Junction branch and will be part-time at 30 hours per week (9.30am - 4pm Monday to Friday).


What you'll do

  • Complete over the counter transactions in an efficient and timely manner, catering to our customers' busy lifestyles
  • Help solve problems and identify solutions to suit our customers financial needs
  • Provide seamless end to end customer experience by advising customers on appropriate products and services
  • Introduce, promote, and assist customers with digital banking products with a customer centric approach
  • Assess the financial needs of customers and provide options to meet those needs

What you'll bring

  • Ability to demonstrate strong technical skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills listen, build rapport, and communicate complex information
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • A high level of computer literacy as most training will be delivered virtually
  • Strong commitment and a high degree of integrity to help meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Confidence to promote products as there will be a sales element in this role
  • Previous retail or hospitality experience highly regarded
