- Assisting in the negotiation of job offers, ensuring that all parties reach a mutually satisfactory arrangement.
- Staying informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the job market.
You
To be successful in this role you must have experience in the following areas and possess the below personal qualities:
- Minimum 18 months work experience as a Recruitment Consultant
- Experience recruiting within the banking & finance sector is advantageous
- Experience identifying business development opportunities and executing on those leads.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
