Hobart Private Hospital is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join as a Hospital Coordinator Day Manager and play a crucial role in delivering quality care.

  • Supervise safe, quality care following best practice standards
  • Support Nurse Unit Managers, ensuring appropriate staffing levels
  • Manage patient admissions and operational processes
  • Focus on quality improvement and safety standards
  • Maintain a safe environment for all

Essential Criteria:

  • Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration
  • Prior experience in management roles
  • Ability to coordinate staff and resources efficiently
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer literacy and MS Office proficiency
  • Leadership qualities and mentoring skills
  • Post-graduate qualifications in management preferred
