We are seeking an experienced
Care Worker to join the team at
Bethanie Beachside Aged Care Facility, located in
Yanchep.


Bethanie Beachside is a 160-bed modern aged care home fitted with the latest in modern conveniences and has been designed specifically to create a homely feel for our clients & staff alike.

Sitting in tended gardens & close to the beach, the facility offers a range of quality accommodation and personalised care for our residents with a variety of personal needs.


This role is currently being offered on a
Permanent Part Time basis, working a
minimum of 13 hours per week with morning and afternoon shifts available.

Additionally, we can now offer school friendly afternoon hours
4pm - 8pm


You will support our residents to improve their quality of life by assisting with day to day activities, ensure safety and well-being is maintained and build positive professional relationships with residents and team members.


About the Role:

  • Assess care plans, and ensure clients' needs are met
  • Ensure services (including food, laundry, personal care, domestic and interest) are delivered in a timely and safe manner
  • All personal care tasks (including toileting & showering) are delivered with dignity and respect
  • Ensure clients rooms and facility environment is maintained to an appropriate standard

About You:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care,
    OR _at least_ 18 months experience as a Care Worker
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well as a team, and also independently
  • Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision and Values of The Bethanie Group Inc.
  • Experience using ICare or similar computer package highly regarded
