About the Role

Reporting directly to and collaborating closely with the Director of Community Relations and Development, this position is responsible for the stewardship and administration of donor activity helping support philanthropic endeavours of the school.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with developing and executing engagement and fundraising strategies and campaigns
  • Manage processes to provide exceptional donor recognition and stewardship
  • Assist in crafting strategies for donors' consistent positive experiences
  • Help with the development and creation of donor impact reports
  • Maintain accurate donor records and interactions in the CRM
  • Analysis and evaluation of information to identify trends and patterns, evaluate strategies and make recommendations
  • Reconcile monthly donations and pledges with Finance team
  • Administrative tasks and documentation related to the donor process: preparation of board papers, attending board meetings and minute taking

Skills and Experience required

  • Ideally you will have at least three to five years in a similar role.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office
  • You will have strong customer service skills and have the ability to interact with a wide range of people and personalities
  • You pride yourself on your "teamwork" mentality
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
