  • Manage the business operations for your port, ensuring quality and efficiency across operations, resources, and processes.
  • Strategize, execute, and proactively secure cost savings.
  • Implement and optimize relevant procedures for operations, funding, approvals, and financial reporting.
  • Work autonomously in the office, at ports, and on vessels to coordinate port calls while being part of a supportive team.
  • Communicate with clients, government authorities, crews, vendors, and build a robust local and industry network.
  • Stay informed about new business opportunities, port activities, and regulatory updates.
  • As shipping operates 24/7, flexibility for out-of-hours and weekend work is essential, compensated with flexible scheduling.
