EOI - Local Coordinated Multiagency offender management (LCM) Coordinator - Campbelltown Community Corrections (Clerk Grade 7/8)
Expressions of interest are invited for the temporary role of LCM Coordinator located at Campbelltown Community Corrections office. The position is available for approximately 12 months commencing
6 February 2023.


LCM brings together a number of government agencies (Department of Communities and Justice, including Community Corrections, Housing and Child Protection; NSW Health and NSW Police) to jointly select and manage a small number of persistent reoffenders who are residing in the community.

These agencies work together to arrange access to interventions to help reduce the individual's risk of reoffending and improve community safety.

The LCM Coordinator is a key driver in maintaining a connection and commitment from the agencies involved, and providing analytical, case management, secretariat and administrative support to enable the operation of the LCM within the Campbelltown boundary.


The person we are seeking for this role will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in proactively identifying resources to support and implement effective solutions when faced with challenges in organising service delivery for offenders.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships
  • Demonstrated experience providing secretariat support to senior executives.
  • Understanding of the benefits of integrated and coordinated offender management
  • Valid driver's licence
