In this role, you'll:

Working as part of a team managing and resolving major priority IT incidents across the Transport network. The high impact resolution would help the operations run seamlessly and safely while ensuring efficiencies on the network.

This role will see you:
- enable early detection and mitigation of issues through the Event Management, coordination of testing to minimise the adverse impact of Changes, and Trend Analysis of Lower Priority Incidents and Events to drive Proactive Problem Management.
- play a crucial part in ensuring efficient resolution process while mitigating risks and maximizing safety for the organisation.
- be responsible for monitoring tools and alerts across the IT infrastructure and ensure safe and early resolutions of unplanned outages.

  • This role will operate on a 24/7 rotating shift roster, and is based fulltime in the Macquarie Park office. Please note we are currently working in a hybrid setup, in which business hours day shifts are worked in the office, and night/weekend/public holiday shifts are worked remotely from home_

About you


Your ability to handle high priority IT related major incidents, resilience and strong experience in network related service operations will set you up for success.

You have the innate ability to think on the spot, take quick decisions, collaborate and drive outcomes while managing the sensitive stakeholder relationships.

You possess significant relevant experience in You're recognised as someone who is solutions-focused, proactive, extremely ambitious, highly motivated, exceptionally professional.
