The Role

The Graphic designer / Creative artworker is responsible for creating communication materials to promote and support all the businesses, products, and services of the Insignia Financial Group. This position plays a crucial role in translating complex information from our brands into visually appealing designs, enhancing the overall brand experience. It's a fantastic opportunity to unleash your creative ideas and inspire with your passion for design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on various brands within corporate guidelines to produce print and digital brand assets.
  • Create flyers, brochures, infographics, reports, and other documents using style sheets and templates.
  • Develop complex forms and interactive fields using Adobe Acrobat.
  • Handle photo retouching, resizing, and sourcing.
  • Maintain a library of digital assets and style guides for efficient workflow.
  • Experience in video recording/editing software and creating HTML5 banner ads is a plus.
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint and presentation design is advantageous.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Strong experience as a graphic designer / creative artworker.
  • Proficiency in Adobe CC applications like InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat.
  • Experience in print, web, eDM, and social media design.
  • Good communication skills for collaboration with other team members.
  • Interest in exploring new application features and enhancing workflow efficiency.
  • Capacity to handle deadlines, attention to detail, and a keen eye for design.
