- Managing team activity prioritisation and scope to achieve project targets and/or SLAs
- Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and implement them
- Actively practice and coach agile principles to improve sustainable delivery cycles
- Being accountable for all platform technical standards and ensuring that all teams working on associated platforms are aligned to the technology platform
- Planning and coordinating the promotion of changes through the test and production environments, ensuring change, release and configuration management and packaging principles are strictly applied
- Where required, run the daily standups and manage the Scrum/Kanban boards
- Embed automation practices as part of how the team delivers outcomes
- Proactively communicate progress, issues, and expectation management ensure appropriate focus on risk management and escalate when required. Provide strong leadership, guidance, and support
A little bit about you
- Extensive technology experience and proven experience in leading development, and/or support teams
- Strong experience in development of, and managing Enterprise Data Archiving platforms e.g., Solix, OpenText
- Experience in managing technology solutions for Enterprise Archiving and associated data extract and transformation processes
- Detailed understanding of all stages of SDLC
- Strong experience in Agile and Scaled Agile frameworks
- Wellpractised with SQL and NoSQL Database technologies
- Strong experience and understanding of ETL and ELT development
