Marketing Coordinator
$75,000 + Super

The Role:


In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of marketing tasks, including editing and copywriting for marketing materials, outreach to potential partners and clients, and managing various digital and tech advertising campaigns.

You will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement with the brand.


Tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Use our CRM (NetSuite) and Marketo platform for a variety of tasks, including eDM campaigns, newsletters and promotions
  • Reporting on campaign performance and analytics
  • Ordering and managing our promotional merchandise
  • Website maintenance, including landing page creation, calendar updates, news and blog posts
  • Maintenance of our eCommerce site
  • Provide regular updates on marketing activities to our internal teams
  • Assisting the Communications and Events Specialist with the organisation of events when required
  • Manage relationships with external parties, including website developers, PR agency, creative firms and promotional merchandise suppliers
  • Bachelor's degree or other Marketing qualification
  • 2 + years' experience in B2B Marketing, ideally in the technology Industry
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and assisting with running marketing campaigns using automation platforms (ideally Marketo) and CRM platforms
  • Selfstarter with the ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to pull out data and analyse it
  • Experience with Word Press maintaining websites or webstores would be advantageous.
