Primary Purpose:

  • Reporting directly to National Marketing manager, the state Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing department and broader business to deliver go to market campaigns and collateral to support business operations and drive referrals and increase patient volume.
  • You will be keen to learn, a strong selfstarter and have a strong focus on delivering outstanding service and promoting the Marketing function.
    What You'll Do
  • Work with the marketing team to support the delivery of national multichannel campaigns in line with business priorities
  • Monitor the workflow/traffic of marketing requests through from the business and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to deliver ontime content and assets
  • Marketing & sales related administrative support and adhoc requests including processing invoices, managing online materials portal, merchandise samples, and events
  • Maintain brand management systems and registers, including collateral library and content review timelines
  • Coordinate ontime delivery of local promotional activities including print, and digital marketing programs aligned with local plans
  • Manage and coordinate local/state marketing calendar
  • Coordinate external supplier timelines and support where required to support wider business
  • Assist in initiatives for other marketingrelated activities, such as awareness days and internal engagement activities
  • Other Marketing duties as required

Who You Are

  • Tertiary qualifications (or currently studying) in marketing or related field desired, but not essential
  • 13 years' experience in marketing, events, or related field desired, but not essential
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment will be highly regarded
  • Strong Desire to learn and develop new skills
  • Selfmotivated individual with ability to multitask and take initiative
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs
  • Flexible and adaptable work style
  • Strong desire to learn and develop
  • Positive, proactive personality with a collaborative mindset .
