Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated from the moment they walk through the door.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, paying close attention to special requests and dietary restrictions.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining a high level of quality and presentation at all times.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Front of House role, preferably in a fastpaced hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a dynamic setting.
  • Adaptability and a willingness to take on new challenges with a positive attitude.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Attention to detail and strong product knowledge.
  • Currently hold or able to obtain a valid NSW RSA certificate.
  • Experience making specialty coffee (not required, but desirable).
  • Flexibility and willingness to work fullday shifts, including Weekends and Public Holidays.
