**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated from the moment they walk through the door.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, paying close attention to special requests and dietary restrictions.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining a high level of quality and presentation at all times.
- Anticipate customer needs and exceed their expectations by providing personalised recommendations and anticipating potential issues.
- Foster relationships with our large regular customer base, making each guest feel like a part of our close-knit community.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a tidy and organised bar section.
- Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a Front of House role, preferably in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a dynamic setting.
- Adaptability and a willingness to take on new challenges with a positive attitude.
- A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Attention to detail and strong product knowledge.
- Currently hold or able to obtain a valid NSW RSA certificate.
- Experience making specialty coffee (not required, but desirable).
- Flexibility and willingness to work full-day shifts, including Weekends and Public Holidays.
