You will be responsible for managing and maintaining compliance frameworks, setting clear goals, while identifying potential risks and responding proactively.
As the Remuneration and Organisational Design Manager you will apply your advanced analytical skills to compile data, executing governance frameworks, building positive and impactful working relationships to empower teams to make informed decisions articulating business directives.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Remuneration and Organisational Design Manager will provide leadership, and specialist advice to the business.As well as the Industrial Relations Manager will have major areas of accountability across the following areas:
Develop and execute remuneration and organisational design strategies in alignment with goals and budgets.
Lead compliance and accountability to initiate clear decision making.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Oversee and apply specialist understanding of Mercer methodology.
Engage in organisational design to ensure compliance with design principles to ensure consistency is achieved.
Set clear goals, focusing on proactive development of meaningful strategies and optimal outcomes.
Skills, Knowledge, and ExperienceExperience developing an innovative remuneration framework across a global organisation, for various levels of seniority.
Experience developing remuneration strategies in accordance with budgets.
Experience in developing high quality papers for approval at board level.
Excellent understanding of Mercer job evaluation and job analysis systems.
Excellent analytical skills.
High level ability to compile data into presentations that simplify and convey key messages.
High level computer literacy, with ability to use Microsoft suite.
