The Role
As the Regional Manager you will manage the day-to-day operations and clinical services at each RAC site.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Responsible for the Operations and Clinical Service Delivery of Empower's Allied Health service offerings in Residential Aged Care
  • Encompassing our organisational values and maintaining our exceptional company culture throughout the teams and services delivered
  • Providing leadership and mentorship to the clinicians on site
  • Client Relationship Management and point of contact for the RAC sites
  • Ensure the optimum and effective use of staff through planning and rostering
  • Responsible for ensuring team meets Personal Development and compliance requirements on site
  • Conduct team appraisals, inductions, and performance management

You must have:

  • Relevant degree in Allied Health
  • Registration with AHPRA
  • Police Check Clearance
  • A minimum of 3 years' clinical experience withing the residential aged care industry.
  • Previous Leadership (or similar) experience in this setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong business and commercial acumen
  • Effective timemanagement and attention to detail
