As our new HR Administrator, you will provide human resource administration assistance to the Recruitment team and interact continually with Harness' Labour Hire workforce to build a strong working relationship with them and promote within them a willingness to advance their studies & career.

These positions will be based in either our Brisbane or Toowoomba office locations.

Your responsibilities:

  • Keeping our people management Systems up to date
  • Document compliance checking
  • Accurate and timely data entry into various systems used by the organisation
  • Processing bookings for training locations both Brisbane and Toowoomba
  • Management of internal training matrix
  • Prioritisation of key tasks and deadlines whilst keeping internal stakeholders up to date

Skills and experience required:

  • Wellversed in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and professional phone manner
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong speed and accuracy in typing
  • A selfstarter who is passionate to work in a busy environment
  • Responsibility and accountability both personally and professionally
