Full time with immediate start

Entry Level Receptionist with mínimal experience needed. Training provided.
Mainly assisting Managers and Estimators with customer service, office and administration duties.

Entering Quotes,Invoices and Account Payable Invoices into our accounting system.
Debt collection.
Raising purchase orders, with follow up order scheduling.
Monitoring stock levels.

This role is suited to a person looking for long term employment. Experience with the use of Xero Accounting Software is preferable but not essential.

Salary:
From $45,000.00 per year
