Jetpets is looking for a **Permanent Full-Time Receptionist **to join our **Reception Team**.
This role has **w*_**orking from home**_ opportunities and is based at our **Tullamarine **location for the **Initial on-site training* component.

**About the role**
We are looking for an a Receptionist to join our dynamic, high performing reception team
**Job tasks and responsibilities**
- To answer incoming telephone calls, operating a switch board
- To manage all incoming and outgoing external mail.
- Various administration duties
**Key Competencies**
- Previous reception or customer service experience in a **high call volume environment is highly regarded**:
- An ability and willingness to work both as part of a team and individually
- Strong morale and sense of company pride
- Professional and positive phone manner, listening and rapport building skills
- Self-motivation, demonstrating the ability to organise and prioritise

**Salary**: $23.97 - $27.66 per hour

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- No weekends
Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Tullamarine, VIC 3043: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
