Your Opportunity:

  • Facilitate exceptional hospitality and service by enhancing the guest experience with a focus on our Bonvoy Elite members, VIP's and suitepaying guest.
  • Work as a member of the Guest Experience Department supporting several aspects of the Sales and Marketing Operation including Reception, Operations, Pre-Arrival Operations, Lobby Greeter, Arrival and Departure Experience Operations.
  • Organize, confirm, process, and conduct all VIP and Entertainment guest checkins/checkouts, room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations.
  • Secure payment; verify and adjust billing.
  • Activate and file room keys.
  • Process all guest requests and relay messages.
  • Identify and explain room features to guests.
  • Supply guests/residents with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
  • Follow up on any outstanding requests or problems from the previous day and are resolved.
  • Obtain a solid knowledge of the hotel product including room types, rates, food and beverage outlets and other hotel features and guest facilities.
  • Responds to & recovers (where appropriate) Guest Satisfaction Surveys.
  • Help with managing the 10 for 10 Associate recognition program.
  • Attend monthly MBS trainings for FOH team members.

Skills, Education and Experience

  • A genuinely warm & welcoming demeanor.
  • Opera experience is preferred.
  • Personable communication skills.
  • Believe in the benefits of energising and motivating others
  • Display a passion for the Hospitality industry.
  • A desire to innovate and create, our guests come to experience a life less ordinary.
