This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly with the Sales Director to manage current accounts and win new logos. The Sales Director is located in Sydney and is keen to appoint a Sales Executive to manage the Vic/SA/Tas region. The brand is well known, one of a handful in the sector and highly regarded by some of the largest companies in Australia for the service they deliver. The opportunity to take over large key accounts, expand them, and also build new accounts is yours for the taking.

Whilst you will be working from home, it is expected that much of your week will be in face to face meetings with clients. You will be creating and delivering strategies to win new accounts, building and managing relationships with current accounts, and working with the presales team on tenders and enquiries to close deals. There is a steady stream on enquiries to manage, however this organisation is keen to find a person who will work beyond that, identifying new opportunities and hunt for other work.

This is the perfect role for an IT services (including IT recruitment) sales person who thrives on building value driven commercial relationships with clients. You will have a history of building long terms relationships with customers based on trust, respect and credibility, where clients see you as the first person to contact to solve their problems, knowing you will deliver.
You will be a disciplined and structured sales executive. You will be a natural time manager. You will be able to demonstrate how you can balance a busy day dealing with customer enquiries, firefighting and other account management tasks as well as ensuring you focus on new business activities. You will love the affirmation you get from expanding current account relationships and also love the hunt and adrenaline rush from winning new accounts.

We are open to all levels of sales executive. You may be highly experienced, especially in cyber services or cyber product. OR you may just have a few years experience selling IT services and keen for the next adventure. Importantly you will be driven and hungry for success. You will be smart, possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, know that you are the best at what you do, or strive to be the best, and are looking for a home that will allow you to be that person and reach your full potential. MOST importantly we are looking for a high achiever and you will need to demonstrate a history of high achievement.
