We are seeking two skilled professionals to join our CBRE – ISPT Retail Property team as Centre Managers to oversee either a single level suburb or sub-regional shopping center. You will be on-site managing the property's overall performance, maintenance, lease information accuracy, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

What a day looks like:

  • Ensure efficient and cost-effective operational management of the center
  • Safeguard the investment performance of the property compared to similar properties in the region
  • Manage tenancy and lease matters, including compliance and rent reviews, in line with lease provisions
  • Implement policies and procedures aligning with owner objectives and occupier needs
  • Create financial budgets, analyze retail performance, and monitor transactions

Your strengths and needed background for success:

  • Vast experience in Retail Property Management in a shopping center setting
  • Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple projects concurrently
  • Quick relationship-building skills with stakeholders and effective client management
  • Advanced communication and proactive approach
  • Required: Open driver's license and Real Estate License
