Point of Sale Administrator - Internal Applications Only

This role is key to our ICT team, managing multiple point of sale (POS) systems. You'll be the go-to for all POS related queries, becoming the expert for our internal customers by troubleshooting and enhancing system capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support on POS software issues and maintain, troubleshoot, and repair systems.
  • Assist in system integrations planning, testing, and implementation.
  • Collaborate with user groups to understand POS requirements and identify efficiency opportunities.
  • Research, recommend, configure, and implement POS system changes.
  • Train users on POS systems and new functionalities.
  • Maintain up-to-date system documentation for better education.
  • Support ICT team with various tasks and projects.

Requirements:

  • Experience with POS systems, ideally in F&B operations.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite and business systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and customer service focus.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Innovative mindset with a commitment to improvement.
