Job Description

As a service support manager, your task involves technically supporting the equipment and ensuring each machine is in optimal working condition. Handling all incoming service requests, identifying reasons for breakdowns, and swiftly resolving issues are crucial. You'll navigate internal processes, communicate effectively with the team, and ensure timely documentation and restoration of equipment. Excellent time management and keen attention to detail are indispensable in this fast-paced office environment.

Team Leadership Responsibilities

In this role, you'll lead a team of six through the equipment hire process. Validating every contract on the board, pinpointing any discrepancies, and managing multiple machines require finesse and coordination. Operational blunders can be rectified by your meticulous oversight, ensuring smooth operations without incurring unnecessary costs. Your leadership underpins the goal of profitability and streamlined efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Civil Hire or Construction with an administrative focus
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong administrative skills
  • Exceptional communication skills and leadership qualities
  • Required OHS Training and proactive problem-solving abilities

Compensation Package & Working Hours

You'll enjoy a lucrative remuneration package, with ample opportunities for growth, salary reviews, company perks, and teamwork. The work schedule is set from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
