Full-Time Brand Manager

Avento is a rapidly expanding household furniture wholesaling company based in Turkey, specializing in products like chairs, lounge suites, mattresses, and bedroom suites. We aim to differentiate ourselves through the development of a strong brand that captures attention. We are seeking a Brand Manager who can help us formulate and execute a brand strategy that resonates with our mission and identity.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand growth plans, including launching new products
  • Understand consumer needs, behaviors, and trends to create targeted strategies
  • Prepare brand plans aligned with the overall strategy
  • Lead digital advertising campaigns and promotional activities
  • Manage product communication, generate excitement for new features, and handle issue resolution
  • Establish and maintain brand guidelines for a consistent brand identity
  • Collaborate with different teams to integrate the brand across all aspects of the business
  • Forecast sales for products and prepare detailed reports on brand performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of three years of international brand management experience
  • Strong grasp of marketing principles and consumer behavior
  • Analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms
