Research and Evaluation - Evidence Synthesis to work on an exciting assignment with our client based in
Canberra, ACT. Our client, a leading organisation dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities, is seeking passionate individuals to contribute to their mission.


About the Role:

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Working with external and internal stakeholders to scope, deliver and govern the evaluation.
  • Collecting and analysing a range of quantitative, qualitative and survey data, including coordinating other members of the Research and Evaluation Branch on such activities.
  • Ensuring the evaluation is conducted in accordance with appropriate guidelines, standard operating procedures, Agency standards and ethics requirements, and maintaining project related records.
  • Preparing and presenting reports and slidepack summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Working collaboratively with other teams in the Research and Evaluation Branch, as required.
  • Designing and conducting other research projects, including working with people with various types of disabilities and from various cultural backgrounds.
  • Communicate and support the implementation of research findings.

About You:

  • Proficiency in systematic reviews and evidence synthesis.
  • Previous experience in disability, psychology, or related fields.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Desirable experience in metaanalysis or statistical modeling.
