Full-time (Night Shift)

Our Tip Top Bakery at Ermington is seeking a Team Leader for our Industrial Cleaning & Hygiene team to support the night shift.

If you are after a role where you can progress your career in the manufacturing industry and continue to develop, then read further as we want to hear from you.


This role will be responsible for leading a team of Cleaning Operators to ensure the highest standards of cleaning and hygiene are maintained in relation to plant and equipment.


Ideally you will have:

  • A People-Safe and Food-Safe mindset
  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • Experience in the implementation of SOPs
  • Ability to lead by example
  • Previous cleaning and hygiene experience in an industrial setting
  • Passion for continuous improvement and willingness to learn and develop
  • Most importantly, we are looking for a people person who is able to build great working relationships, who cares for the team and is focused on their development
