What does the job look like?

The Transport Transformation Lead is responsible for the development and delivery of the transport transformation strategy for BevChain.

The role is accountable to help deliver aspects of Project Discovery, Data collection, Module Design, Management Reporting specifications, Customer, Operations and Financial outcomes, Communications, Implementation and Training.

This is an opportunity for an established supply chain professional to take ownership for safety, operational, financial and customer service performance for multiple sites across Australia

Key areas:

  • Responsible for the transport master data that will be critical within the implementation of the new TMS
  • Assist in the movement of BevChain's transport operations from site based into a centralised network structure nationally
  • Effectively lead & collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders across the business to not only capture but drive business requirements, design, and develop appropriate solutions
  • Lead the development of transport systems to transform our transport way of working to efficiently deploy assets across our network of contracts
  • Work with the BevChain business to manage the change impacts in order to promote user adoption of the new technology
  • Ensure your team packages, configures, tests and deploys the new Transport Management Systems' capabilities, changes, fixes and updates into a live environment in accordance with Linfox's change and release framework

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience providing leadership and effective operational decision making within a complex supply chain environment

You can demonstrate:

  • 5 years or more in Supply Chain roles, with a focus on transport solutions
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to devise and/or interpret business needs translating them into business improvement strategies
  • Demonstrated knowledge of analysis techniques, problem solving, and identification of key metrics that measure and drive the longterm health of the business
  • Advanced Microsoft suite knowledge, particularly Excel and Project
