The Role


This role will see you running litigation and dispute resolution matters, including conducting appearances at pre-hearing conferences and directions hearings, drafting statement of Claims for proceedings, Drafting Documents and Affidavits, drafting briefs to Counsel; and preparing and organising mediations in Supreme and County Court proceedings.

You will manage your own files, supervise, and mentor staff, time record and bill, and contribute to business development for the team.


Your Experience

  • Strong drafting skills and attention to detail;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated networking and relationship building skills;
  • Thorough knowledge of Court Rules; and
  • Time management skills and commercial nous.
