Join our growing Cloud Services Team as our newest Capability Manager.


Reporting into the Cloud Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for resource and capability management of staff across their employment lifecycle, including development and career pathways.

This is a crucial role in the team, as you inspire members to participate, drive and manage the delivery of our Cloud strategic road maps.

Our Cloud Services Division provides maintenance, support, and deployment of public cloud services to NSW Health.

As part of this role, you will be collaborating with various teams across the business to ensure customer focussed service and delivery and the running of cloud platforms.

As technology develops, it will be part of your role to drive the team and foster a culture of growth through continuous learning and improvements across our Cloud Services.


Health Manager Level 4, commencing salary from $137, % Super and Annual Leave loading

What you will do
As an integral member of the Cloud Services Team, you will:

  • Manage the development and delivery of the capability roadmap.
  • Maintain capability governance frameworks, that foster productive and collaborative partnerships with capability members and key stakeholders.
  • Manage negotiations in the allocation and reallocation of capability resources to optimise delivery and ensuring consistency across eHealth.
  • Maintain updated capability resource forecasts and collaborate with key stakeholders to identify, report, and manage resource demand risks and issues.
  • Manage the professional development of capability members, including coaching, mentoring, building learning and career pathways that foster growth mindsets and the adoption of continuous personal development.
  • Manage and report capability costs to relevant leaders to support the delivery of strategic initiatives.
  • Manage the development and maintenance of workforce Capability Area Group knowledge sharing repositories, actively researching emerging trends and technologies, and promoting innovation & knowledge sharing so that the organisation maintains a high level of expertise.
