With a national network of wholly owned metropolitan and remote clinics, we deliver Occupational Health, General Practice and integrated medical, paramedical and wellness services to both large and small corporate and community groups.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking an Onsite Paramedic to join our Onsite Operations at our client site in WA on a maximum term basis, working a roster pattern of 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off, 12 hour days. You will be well supported by a national corporate team, and we pride ourselves on having a team that works well together and is passionate about the client's needs.

DUTIES

You will be responsible for delivering high quality Onsite Medical Services in a regional location and must be able to work independently plus have high level of communication skills as you will be part of a greater team. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Providing proactive and reactive pre‐hospital and post patient care, health, safety and emergency; Prevent, control and treat injuries and illness; Coach, lead and advise staff personnel and emergency response team in order to prevent and if needed effectively treat injuries; and Provide creation and monitoring of return to work programs, pre and post illness and injury management.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate will be well organised and have great administration skills with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills together with the following:

An eye for detail and a desire to provide the best quality service to all staff and clients Certificate 4 Training and Assessment Certificate 3 Mine and Rescue - desirable Current immunisation certification - desirable Minimum of 3 years' recent experience in remote emergency care and/or ·Minimum of 3 years within a Metropolitan Ambulance service with demonstrated clinical ability Hold a valid 'C' class drivers license Hold a police clearance valid within 3 months Excellent time management skills Be a known leader Highly experienced working remotely under a client contract
