The Role
Working in a high-performance team within one of our flagship Global Finance clients and providing key support to the APAC Finance Lead, you will support the smooth operation of service delivery teams by assisting with the administration of all finance functions across a state-of-the-art new premium office tower in Sydney CBD

A typical day may involve:

  • Issuing purchase orders for call outs, maintenance visits and delivery of materials
  • Facilitating payment processing.
  • Assisting the Facilities Management team and APAC Finance Lead with financial queries and reporting, e.g. monthend activities, budgets and forecasts.
  • Ensuring the integrity of financial transactions within a $100m portfolio.
  • Creating and processing purchase orders through the CBRE inhouse systems and maintaining records.
  • Initiating onboarding and departure process of thirdparty contractors.
  • Adhoc support to the management team with tasks relating to vendor management, projects and budgets.
  • Collaborating on a broad range of matters with the client's business, CBRE employees and key external vendors.
  • Upholding exemplary standards of customer service, maintaining clear communication with CBRE staff, client stakeholders and external contractors.

Requirements:

(ESSENTIAL)
  • Existing Finance Admin experience, or an Office Admin or Facilities Coordinator with an interest in pursuing a pure Finance role.

(PREFERRED)

  • Experience in dealing with vendors within the Facilities or Commercial Property sector.

(ESSENTIAL)

  • Polished, well presented corporate style, with excellent relationship management skills.
  • Proactive "can do" attitude, and able to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • JDE and Coupa system experience is preferred.
  • Full working rights in Australia for a permanent position.
