The role


Due to business growth, we have an exciting, newly created, full time opportunity for an Insurance Manager to join our Risk & Sustainability team.

This is an exceptional opportunity to develop and build GPT's dedicated insurance function as a specialist business partner.

What you will be doing

  • Responding to and providing guidance with all insurance related matters across all business lines
  • Preparation of insurance renewal related documents including managing the completion of insurer questionnaires, development presentations and prospectus documents
  • Ensuring all insurance policies and relevant documentation is maintained
  • Managing and assisting with the day to day broker/insurer relationship
  • Providing support with the claims management process
  • Monitoring and reviewing the escrow accounts managed and maintained by the insurance broker
  • Preparing insurance renewal related documents
  • Assisting in the facilitation of insurance related training across the business
  • Supporting the preparation and drafting of papers and other materials as required

What makes you stand out
We are looking for corporate insurance professional with demonstrated knowledge of public liability claims practices, data analysis and reporting.

A broad familiarity with insurance provisions in property related contracts and the ability to advise on these will be held in high regard.

You are autonomous, personable and consultative, able to plan, project manage and collaborate with all groups of people. You will also bring exemplary written and verbal communication skills.

Experience within the Office, Logistics and Retail property industries would be advantageous, but not essential.
