We are thrilled to announce the opening of our new Kindergarten in Turramurra, and we can't wait to welcome our first batch of fifty little explorers aged 0 - 6 years As a family-owned and operated centre, we are dedicated to providing a wholehearted and all-encompassing family atmosphere for children to learn and grow.


Located in the picturesque suburb of Turramurra, just 22 kilometres from Sydney's CBD, and 40 minutes from our sister centre Erina Kindergarten, our centre offers a peaceful and charming environment perfect for children to learn and play.


We now have an exciting opportunity for an
Early childhood DIPLOMA educators to join us in a vital leadership position that inspires young learners.

You will work with a team of passionate educators to provide exceptional care and education. Additionally, providing ongoing training and support to ensure the team upholds the highest best practice standards.

In this role, you will create engaging educational programs that support each child's unique needs and abilities.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with families and the wider community will help you ensure a warm, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all.


  • Comply with regulations, uphold codes of ethics and conduct, implement service philosophy, maintain safety and privacy, support colleagues, and possess knowledge of quality standards and frameworks.
  • Implement contemporary, researchbased practices and stay uptodate with relevant theoretical practices.
  • Foster positive relationships with parents and colleagues to create a supportive and collaborative work environment.
  • Work collaboratively with other colleagues towards continuous improvement in all areas of the service.

You'll be great in this role because:

As a Room Leader, you will have a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, previous teaching experience desirably in a leadership role, and a comprehensive understanding of child development and contemporary early childhood educational theories.


Furthermore, you must hold a current working with children check, First-Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management training and certification, recognised child protection training and police check.


You will possess the following attributes:


  • Leadership: guide the team in reflecting on practice and differentiating approaches based on children's diverse needs and learning styles while leading and motivating your team as a self-driven role model.

Passionate: bring a can-do attitude and commitment to providing optimum care and education, per best practices.
