Your Opportunity


We provide an inclusive educational preschool program in a caring and supportive environment for children 3 years to school age.

The program works with up to 40 children per day, with a minimum of 10 places available for children with disability, developmental delay, or special needs.


This wonderful role will give you great work life balance, fantastic benefits and the opportunity to actively and positively interact with children aged 3-5 years ensuring their individual needs are accommodated and respected.

Fixed Term Full Time: 38 hours/week until 20/12/24 and Fixed Term part time : 22.5 hours/week until 20/12/24

Work school hours, school holidays off (unpaid) and school term only.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Support children aged 35 in an inclusive, positive and supportive environment
  • Identify and respond to any child safety risks and/or report any incidents
  • Work as part of a team to ensure that a safe environment is maintained
  • Ensure that children's health conditions are monitored (with parental instructions)
  • Assist in preparing, developing and implementing appropriate play based learning programs
  • Maintain direct responsibility for a single group of children and ensure their appropriate educational activities and constant supervision
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the centre by embracing new processes
Requirements for Success

  • A diploma or Cert 3 level early childhood qualification
  • Previous experience as an early learning Educator (desirable) and a passion for working in early learning
  • Drive to ensure that children are kept safe and supervised at all times
  • A positive team player who looks for ways to improve current work practices and processes
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position
  • Senior First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)


Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
