The Role
We have an opportunity to join our Brand & Marketing team as a Marketing Team Assistant.


Reporting to Marketing Operations Manager, this role encompasses both communication coordination and supporting the wider Brand & Marketing Leadership team with a range of tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Communication Coordinator and Communications Associates with the Communication Governance Process in creating and managing requests through the various stages of workflow through to sign off.
  • Supporting the Brand & Marketing Leadership team, with meeting preparation including preparing agendas and managing action items.
  • Providing support in the preparation of documents. This may include, but is not limited to, collating data, being a coordination point, formatting and reviewing documents and creating presentations.
  • Assisting with various administrative tasks including but not limited to Sprint reminders and prioritisation for the Studio and Marketing Operations team, Studio NPS tracking, coordinating and reporting on the communication governance satisfaction surveys and maintaining marketing templates.
  • Supporting Marketing Leads in the delivery of event and conference stands, on and offline collateral, merchandise etc.
  • Being the central point of contact for the Accounts Payable team. You will be responsible for invoicing and ensuring that all invoices have been captured and paid.

About You

This diverse role requires an outstanding individual who is down to earth, can work collaboratively and be highly adaptable to an ever-changing environment.


You will have experience in an administration role in a high-volume working environment or previously worked in a similar role.


You are highly organised and confident in your ability to prioritise tasks, have a keen eye for detail, have strong communication skills and strict adherence to process and deadlines.


You are a team player that enjoys variety in your day-to-day work and are confident to ask questions, open to giving and receiving feedback and capable of juggling multiple tasks.
