This position involves working with a variety of technologies and maintaining current professional certifications to ensure top-notch service delivery.We like getting together in person when possible, but we also understand the benefits of working from home for a better work-life balance. With offices in major cities like Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth, and Sydney, we believe in finding the most effective work setup for you and your team.Key Responsibilities
  • Championing an Automation-first culture
  • Providing support for Cloud platform customers and Datacom Cloud services, emphasizing automation and continuous enhancement within established frameworks
  • Improving Datacom's managed public cloud services through an 'automate where possible' strategy
  • Advancing Cloud automation and delivery maturity across Datacom by adopting agile/DevOps practices
  • Contributing to automation roadmaps aligned with group guidelines and ensuring timely execution
  • Implementing automation roadmaps across the ANZ landscape to enhance reliability and efficiency in all aspects of cloud delivery
  • Creating automated solutions for repetitive support and provisioning tasks
  • Ensuring automated Cloud services align with defined strategy and policy
  • Offering expert advice to technology teams and business stakeholders to achieve short- and long-term Datacom goals
  • Providing guidance within established company policies to meet deadlines and resolve technical issues
We are an agile company that responds promptly to evolving customer, technology, and internal requirements, which may involve adapting our roles to meet those needs.Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Key Vendor Products: AWS, VM Ware, Red Hat, Microsoft
  • Experience in Outsourced IT Service and Infrastructure projects
  • Familiarity with cloud platform technologies
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Azure senior concepts including Automation, DevOps, and CI/CD, as well as Containerization
  • Expertise in Orchestration and provisioning Private & Public Cloud, particularly with Azure automation
  • Experience in team management is a plus
  • Preferred ITIL certification
