Current opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and experienced administrator seeking full time or part-time work (0.7+ FTE) for a 12 month contract. Supporting the Audit and Assurance Partners and team, you will assist by executing quality work.

The role

  • Support and assist the team to manage workflow and internal communication.
  • Preparation of standard correspondence such as reports and invoicing.
  • Support the execution of audit processes as required.
  • Preparation of tenders and presentations to promote our services
  • Assist with the onboarding of new team members
  • Perform a variety of tasks with a positive outlook and identify where additional help can be offered
Your skills and experience
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a comparable role (PA or Team Assistant)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy A strong customer service focus and demonstrated ability to prioritise workloads
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent skills with MS Office
  • Previous experience in a professional services environment will be highly regarded.
