Senior Financial Accountant - Compliance Focus


Want to join one of the Territory's most well-known and respected businesses?We have an opening for a strong Senior Financial Accountant with a strong compliance background and outstanding technical accounting skills.

Duties will include but may not be limited to:

Preparing statutory reporting on an annual, half-yearly and quarterly basisDelivering group financial reporting in accordance with local GAAP and IFRSConsolidated Financial statements, Income tax, FBT and other statutory obligationsSupport and facilitate audit processesWork closely with business heads to ensure delivery of accurate financial reporting in a timely mannerAbout youYou hold CA/CPA qualifications, with your professional journey ideally beginning in a reputable chartered accounting firm.

Candidates poised to make their inaugural transition from chartered are welcome to apply.

Your expertise should include outstanding technical accounting skills and experience either in a large, complex commercial setting or with large clients during your public practice tenure.

Prior experience using a large ERP system and Advanced Excel skills is highly desirable for this position.
